He was known by many as "D.J.Jeff" by Beth Anne's family before he was part of "Jeff and Beth Anne!" First, he DJ'd Barbara and Pat's wedding. Then, he DJ'd Andrew and Laura's wedding and he noticed her... big time. He'd been working with her brother, Dave, for decades, so he went to Dave to ask for her number. Dave checked with his sister and was told, "I"ll think about it." Well, she thought about it. She thought for so long she was starting to feel like it was becoming rude, so she sent an answer. "Um, no." She just couldn't imagine getting into another relationship. Undeterred, he went back to Dave a couple months later. "Tell your sister I have tickets to see "Kansas" at the Rialto in a few weeks. See if she might like to go to see them." Meanwhile, her friends were saying to her, "What is the matter with you??? It's one date! You should go!" So this time, she said, "Yes!" And the rest is history! Before long, they were seeing one concert after another, sharing one dinner after another, having one long conversation after another, and finding they held so much in common. They knew that there were so many more yesterdays than tomorrows left for both of them, and that they wanted to make the most of every one of those tomorrows, and that they wanted to live out those adventures together.
